Background:
PILMMA is the innovation of Kenneth L. Hardison, the senior partner of Hardison & Associates, author, and the founder of the Lawyers Inner Circle – Law Firm Marketing and Management Roundtable.  Ken created PILMMA in order to fill the void of marketing and management resources unavailable to personal injury and disability lawyers.  Because groups like the Legal Marketing Association mainly serve transactional and large corporate lawyers, PILMMA was solely created for personal injury and disability law practices.
