Frequently Asked Questions

The PILMMA Partner/Affiliate Program is a great way for individuals and companies who love PILMMA to earn cash rewards or membership credits for sharing information about our company with your network.

You will be paid via check, or if you are a member, via credits on your membership dues. W9 is required for payment, complete your W9 electronically and send it to us - CLICK HERE.

The payouts are as follows for CASH payments:

  • $2,000 for any new PILMMA Mastermind Member sale.
  • $750 for any new PILMMA Gold Member sale.

The payouts are as follows for Membership Credit payments:

  • $3,000 in Membership Credits for any new PILMMA Mastermind Member sale.
  • $1000 in Membership Credits for any new PILMMA Gold Member sale.

The payouts are one-time payments for any attorney who becomes a Member of PILMMA and has clicked your referral link or states that you referred them. No referral payouts will be made if PILMMA is not informed via a referral cookie or stated by the new member that they were referred. Program terms and reward amounts are subject to change at any time without notice.

Referrals must be an attorney and a brand-new member of PILMMA. Only attorneys and new members, as defined by PILMMA at our sole discretion, will qualify for the affiliate reward. You will not be eligible for a reward for referrals who:

  • Are existing or a former PILMMA member.
  • Are a second application for an existing PILMMA member.
  • Were previously referred to PILMMA by another person (including our salespeople and partners)

Once PILMMA receives your referrals, they will be vetted internally to ensure that the referral is an attorney (qualified attorneys are determined solely by PILMMA). If the referral is eligible/qualified, they will be transitioned to one of our Sales Consultants to determine which PILMMA membership best suits their law firm's needs.

Any attempt to commit fraud or willfully exploit the PILMMA Partner/Affiliate Program will result in the cancellation of your PILMMA account and non-payment of all outstanding affiliate rewards.

PILMMA is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you or your referrals while participating in the PILMMA Partner/Affiliate Program. PILMMA reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on this website and will not be directly communicated to any participants. By participating in the PILMMA Partner/Affiliate Program, each participant acknowledges reading and agrees to be bound by the PILMMA Partner/Affiliate Program Terms of Service, which incorporate by reference PILMMA's Terms of Use (access HERE).
