I’m Micki Love

I serve as the Fractional COO here at PILMMA and as the President & Chief Brand Strategist at cj Advertising.

My journey in legal marketing started as a runner at Hughes & Coleman, a small personal injury law firm in Kentucky, while I was still in school. Over the next 23 years, I worked my way up to Chief Operating Officer, helping the firm grow into a team of over 175 people across nine offices in three states. Along the way, I implemented streamlined operations, built an efficient intake department, and helped organize M&L Legal Marketing seminars.

After Hughes & Coleman, I joined Vista Consulting, where I worked directly with law firms across the country to overcome challenges and drive meaningful growth. In 2018, I became President of cj Advertising, where I’ve helped hundreds of law firms double their revenue and led cj to national recognition on the Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2024.

At PILMMA, I bring this same level of operational insight and strategic thinking to help law firm owners scale more efficiently, implement smart systems, and build teams that truly thrive.

Outside the office, I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids—Caleb and Ava—and love watching them pour their energy into the sports and activities they’re passionate about.
