In 1997, after graduating the University of South Florida with a B.A. in English, Alvaro Arauz set out to help attorneys improve
their law firm efficiency in order to achieve greater professional satisfaction and earnings with less work. This awareness
enriched the quality of lawyers’ representation and competitive legal fees, resulting in less-stressed and happier attorneys. With
clients in over 35 states, he has worked with the country’s top attorneys in nearly every practice area, making him a
quintessential law management consultant. He was awarded Best of 2015, 2016 Best Business Coach for Lawyers by the Daily
Alvaro believes attorneys should focus on two aptitudes: represent clients and foster new clients. Through
implementing custom-made processes for each firm and utilizing technology effectively, he develops ways to delegate tasks that take attorneys away from these goals. His strategic planning skills coupled
comprehensive and streamlined set of solutions tailored to the firm’s practice area(s) and growth plan. This eliminates
marketing or management sinkholes and affords more time to the attorneys to focus on whatever they choose.
Alvaro shares his knowledge of law practice management as a frequent speaker at international lawyer conferences like
AVVO’s Lawyernomics, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Las Vegas, The North American Law Summit in
Costa Rica, ABA Sports
Annual Conference and law school solo practitioner boot camps. Alvaro donates his time on the board of four 501c non-profit
organizations, including serving as Chair of the Board for RED, Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, E3 and co-chair for the 100th
anniversary of Children’s Health Care of Atlanta’s Tower of Talent.
Fluent in Spanish, Alvaro is able to assist attorneys in other countries, as well as those reaching a new market. Aside
from helping many of the country’s top 100 Lawyers and Rising Stars, he is proud to claim
by Chambers, National Trial Lawyers, and US News Best Law Firms in America. Alvaro’s clients are frequent experts on CNN
and other national news sources.
When not saving attorneys from inefficiencies and keeping them accountable, Alvaro spends time with his loved ones,
helping his community or expanding his photography portfolio with his photographs from around the world. His travel
photography, seen at www.capture3a.com, has been featured in Atlanta’s Art Space International Gallery two years in a row and
has raised hundreds of dollars for law school scholarships.
