And so we’ve been advocating that you get more on that, take some of your spin and put it and transfer it from wherever you got it, like TV or whatever. Um, the reason behind that is one, I am a proponent of small businesses and two, I wanted to, uh, give other people a platform to have access to my followers and twofold. I wanted to have access to their followers so that once they started to settle, they would, uh, know me as someone that constantly bought them content. He’s at the bottom right corner. And there’s a local DJ who is on one of our more, used to be one on one of the morning shows in Atlanta and the person on the bottom left. She’s eight family law attorney. So she and I, um, there’s no competing there. I do PR she does family law. And so basically we talked about the draft and some of their draft predictions and how they felt about social distancing and,

um, Corona buyers, as it relates to sports. And you can see, um, this theory, it reached 6,570 people, and we had 632 engagements. The one thing that I did with this one that was different, I actually paid about maybe I think, $25 to boost it in a target market. And so that was great for us because we got a lot of engagements.

A lot of people actually watch the video. And I could tell that we did have an uptick in calls that following. Well, actually Saturday, we got a lot of calls from people watching this on Thursday. And then we started getting calls on Monday. And if we advertised it a few days before, so everybody knew, you know, there was going to be an NFL and major league baseball player.

They were going to be talking to another familiar face who was gripped the comedian on another post that I did. And obviously my computer’s a little slow here. Let me go down. Well, this one, I just did a little tick talk cause you know, if that’s the new thing and my daughter told me I was too old to be on tick tock.

So I, I said, well, no, I can still be on, ticktock shoot a video. So we shot this video and we just made it about the farm because this is like my home studio right now. And I wanted people to see that, you know, we were still working, but I, again, I didn’t want to be salesy about it.

So people obviously liked that one and we’ll go to this one. This, what we did was we had a DJ and we spoke with a local doctor and a filmmaker about an upcoming film that she was doing. So this was a way for her to get her film out there. The doctor was talking about coronavirus issues and then we had some music going.

So, and you see that one got about 2,800 and engagement. The one that most people have asked me about is, and I’ll go down. That one was a local makeup artist. She was talking about her makeup. We had a local kids DJ, as it comes out, we’ll see if we can get down there. And we marketed this segment.

Once we get to it as a time for parents to just kinda have some relief from their kids, because I, you know, I’m a parent and homeschooling has definitely been taken a toll on me. And so this guy here, his name is DJ Willie. While I will see if I can play some of this. Oh, maybe not. That’s me.

So basically I just went into my Rolodex of people who had small businesses who had projects that were going on and I said, Hey, let’s just do a live. And you advertise to your audience. These are people that I would help anyway. And they were very appreciative and it got my name out and our firm’s name out to a lot of different people in different industries. So that’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve been doing Facebook lives and nothing fancy, just press live and just going, going forward. And definitely our engagement has definitely been up. So basically what you’re doing is just what I call a cross endorsement,

actively endorse. It. It’s like a silent, False endorsement. Cause he didn’t endorse him. His people, his Paul was you and you were endorsing him or whoever that person might be. uh, the biggest thing we’ve started doing and we’re getting a lot of traction for is not only, you know, helping parents at home, but helping local charities and something that we’ve been focusing on is helping meals on wheels. uh, daily Facebook videos. And, um, you know, I’m basically given every, every parent whose child and as these, I’m done it, a dollar to meals on wheels. Um, so it’s not really helping me as far as direct cases, but I’ve noticed, and I’m sure everybody’s in this same boat, you’re on zoom every day or going to go to meeting every day. And so I just picked a few who actually carry the conversations during our meetings and I’ve been doing a daily lunch with lovely Facebook live.

you know, one of the things I did, I picked up from one of our masterminds was, uh, just calling, um, calling clients that, uh, frankly I wasn’t even working on their cases. It was really nothing more than that. I randomly called like 15 clients out of the blue all one day left. A lot of messages, had some people call me back and just say, thanks, which was really nice. And then I had some phone conversations with some people that I hadn’t personally met that were really interesting. One of them pick up their cell phone in New York city while they were volunteering in an ICU as a nurse.

And that was a fascinating conversation. And one I never would have had if I wouldn’t have just randomly called clients for no reason, other than to say hello and see how they’re doing and if they needed my help for anything. And I would encourage everyone to do that. Um, that’s definitely a phone call that they will remember forever and they will probably tell their friends about,

Um, in terms of ideas, uh, one of the things that I learned about three and a half weeks ago was that firefighters. Um, if you guys know have clients that are firefighters or you work with firefighters,

one of the things you learn about them is that oftentimes they have two jobs, they’re a firefighter, but because of the way the shifts work, they have other jobs, they call them secondary employment. And for a lot of folks, because firefighters are not, it’s not a terribly lucrative job, that’s a big part of their ability to take care of their families.

Their second job. Well, one of the problems with this pandemic is that many of the firehouses in the country have a required their firefighters to stop working their secondary employment because of contamination. They don’t want them to bring home anything from the other office or whatever, right? So that’s created a, like, like a, an exponential hardship for firefighters. Not only are they doing all the work that we want them to do,

but they’re also not even getting, uh, the normal income stream that they normally have. So, um, what I did is I just immediately started talking to firefighters. I’m like community, including the fire chief and some other folks I started sending lunch over. I know it seems so silly, but like one of the first things I did is I just sent lunch over one day to one of the firehouses and they put it on their Facebook page.

And there was like, you know, for my small community, there was like 200 and something engagements on. Um, the fact that I bought, you know, $70 worth of, you know, um, steak and cheese sandwiches, it’s not a big deal, but it means a lot to them. And the tie in was of course the secondary employment issue and buying them lunch,

right. Because they have limited funds right now, and yet they’re doing this work. And so I wanted to help them out this week. I’m actually going to deliver a five 50 inch screen TVs to five different firehouses, um, same kind of deal, the idea being that, um, you know, they’re having to give up even more than I think they’re being even recognized for.

I’ve not heard of any doctors like being paid less, um, or nurses being paid less. In fact, I’ve, I’ve my understanding is they’re even getting overtime probably for a lot of their work. The firemen are literally making less money doing that, their work. And that includes the EMT is at least in Florida. I don’t know how other States work,

but that they usually work hand in hand. So I think that’s a, uh, a good place for us to do some things and maybe educate the public about that, uh, sector of our public work system. Um, w right now on our Facebook pages, we’re giving away gift cards to, um, to different first responders. So we have basically have a campaign where people have to like,

like the page and then a tag that first responder, who they want to nominate as a local hero and then say something nice about them. We just started it on Friday. Um, LinkedIn is great for all, like when you were talking about the draft earlier, Rashonda I talked to him about the draft, I’ve talked about, um, other issues like secondary employment firefighters and, uh, you know, other professionals just like we’re, uh, folks are glued to Facebook. I think professionals are kind of glued to LinkedIn right now,

too. Cause they’re not hanging out with other professionals like they normally do. They’re not going on to their friends. They’re not going the office. And so don’t forget about LinkedIn in terms of, of doing social media. It’s a really good, really good source. And then lastly, um, you know, it, this is like a stress test for our offices in terms of employees.

And, um, you know, I think if you really pay attention to what your employees are doing and how they’re working and stuff, you’re going to see who your real people are in. Probably when we get out of this, we’re going to find out that some of these folks probably could have worked from home to begin with, which is, I can tell you that for me is,

So I think what we’re going to do is we’re gonna give them away at, um, motorcycle dealerships, um, in all these areas, uh, uh, hopefully to get them on board because I got them all from law tigers, but you are the guys that are in our enamel group. So you see if you can’t get a motorcycle shop to let you do it in their parking lot, because you’re going to need you going to need one or two off duty police officers.
