I’m Eric Sanchez.

I’m the PILMMA Faculty member and Managing Partner of Maestro Strategic Partners, where I work with organizations to enhance how they operate, innovate, and lead. My background spans both law and technology, giving me a practical, strategic lens for solving complex organizational challenges.

Earlier in my career, I was part of a legal team that contributed to a $1.25 billion settlement and an invitation to the White House. I’ve also designed legal software solutions, earning nearly 30 patents by bridging legal expertise with technological innovation.

I’m a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of Northwestern University. Those experiences shaped my disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership and problem-solving. Today, I’m passionate about helping organizations build strong systems, empowered teams, and cultures that support long-term success.
