I’m Leah N. Miller.

I’m a member of the PILMMA Faculty and the founder and CEO of Firmly Profits, where I help law firm owners gain clarity and confidence in their firm finances.

I began my career as a paralegal and worked my way into leadership roles, including firm administrator and CFO at a personal injury law firm in Fort Myers, Florida. After more than a decade inside one firm, I saw how many law firm owners lacked the systems and reporting needed to make confident financial decisions.

That realization led me to launch Firmly Profits, where my team and I provide fractional CFO and bookkeeping services to law firms of all sizes. I’m passionate about helping firm owners grow with confidence, building strong and sustainable teams, and supporting the paralegal profession through teaching at a local college.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband and our three daughters. We live in sunny Southwest Florida and enjoy making the most of our time together, often by the pool.
