I’m Ness Rastetter

I’m the CRM & Financial Systems Coordinator here at PILMMA, where I’ve been proudly managing our Keap CRM and overseeing billing and payments since February 2025.

I’m a certified Keap Partner and total systems nerd—I love building processes that make things run smoother for both our team and our members. Whether it’s streamlining marketing campaigns or organizing customer records, I’m passionate about making the behind-the-scenes magic happen.

Originally from Berlin, Ohio (yep—Amish country!), I now enjoy life filled with books, birds, and backyard hikes with my family. I’m also a green-stripe belt in Tang Soo Do and have an aviary in my home, where my son and I foster and care for birds brought to us by our community.

What I love most about working at PILMMA? The people. We have a culture of support and collaboration that makes work meaningful and fun—and I get to contribute to something that goes beyond just helping law firms grow.
