I’m Racquel Newman.

I’m the Part-Time Keap & Member Support Specialist, where I play a critical role in assisting the CRM & Financial Systems Coordinator with CRM-related tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries from our high-level members.

Before joining Pilmma, I worked as a Marketing Expert for coaches and entrepreneurs. This has helped me to blend right in to their fast-paced, customer-oriented company. My human resources background has equipped me with the skills needed to serve our valued customers.

Originally from the beautiful Island of Jamaica, I traded in the sandy beaches and sunny skies for the cool summers and icy winters of the North in beautiful Newfoundland, Canada.

Outside of work, I love hiking the many trails that Newfoundland has to offer, going to restaurants, and relaxing at home.
