I’m Stacie Monahan.

I’m the member of PILMMA Faculty and a partner at Maestro Strategic Partners, with more than 25 years of experience serving as a senior executive in large law firms and within the insurance industry. I specialize in system management and design, helping organizations create structure that supports both growth and day-to-day execution.

I’m known for bringing a high level of emotional intelligence to my work and for developing systems that truly work for the people using them. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about mentoring, developing, and empowering emerging leaders, helping teams build confidence, clarity, and accountability as they grow.

Whether I’m refining internal systems or coaching leaders through change, I take a people-first approach—believing that strong operations and strong culture must evolve together for organizations to thrive.
