Eric Sanchez co-facilitates PILMMA Mastermind meetings with Ken Hardison and leads monthly management roundtables. He is a PILMMA Faculty member and Managing Partner of Maestro Strategic Partners, helping organizations improve efficiency, innovation, and culture. For over two decades, he led one of the largest and most successful plaintiffs’ practices in the Southeast. He was the chief architect for many of the firm’s core systems. His greatest work was in “In re Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation,” Case No. 08-mc-0511 (PLF) (D.D.C.).

Management Faculty

Stacie Monahan co-facilitates PILMMA Mastermind meetings alongside Ken Hardison, helping firms strengthen operations and leadership. She leads monthly management roundtables for members and is a PILMMA Faculty member and partner at Maestro Strategic Partners, where she focuses on system management and design. She has also built asynchronous teams across the United States and in other countries to complement and amplify firm's workforces. Her keen eye for detail and relentless drive for efficiency help firms maximize resources and deliver superior client outcomes.
