I am the Program & Operations Lead where I support event logistics, operations, human resources and the Mastermind Program. I joined PILMMA to help keep projects organized and running smoothly, ensuring that our Mastermind Members and our team have what they need to succeed.

Before this role, I gained extensive experience in administration and coordination, which strengthened my skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving—all of which I now bring to supporting PILMMA’s fast-paced environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, finding new places to explore, and recharging with the simple things that bring joy to everyday life.
