Erik Pickering has over 25 years of experience in running and growing businesses. As President of the Consumer Division of First Advantage Corporation, he ran two data business units: US Search and the Home Owners Club. At Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, his responsibilities included research data operations, trading desk oversight, and company-wide security. Prior to that he also worked at Amazon.com, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Procter & Gamble. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
